Probiotic, double-fermented soy sauce. Slightly sweeter and thicker than a normal soy sauce due to the addition of sweet rice koji.

Can be used to cure proteins, make your own pickles, as a dipping sauce, or as a topping for vanilla ice cream. This soy sauce knows no bounds and is our top-selling product.
