is a cooked condiment and, like a good friend, it goes along with your favorite foods. Following the recipe of an ancient Ayurvedic Leyham (Medicinal Herbal Jam), we start with whole Turmeric and Ginger and preserve them in our house made Tamarind paste and raw Indian unrefined sugar (Jaggery), topped off with pickled black peppercorns and a perfect spice combination. TURMERIC GINGER (power) HERBAL JAM is not too sweet, but sublime with tart and earthy accents with moments of divine heat - it is an alchemical combination. Our favorite is on avocados on toast, or mixed in yogurt on rice or oatmeal, also on an omelette, roti, sandwiches.. and all your other friends!
